Career Days and Events
In order to present the company and our hiring and development policies to graduates and undergraduates, CAREL will periodically take part in Career Days, and Job Fairs, events devised for the purpose of bringing graduates into contact with companies and help them secure employment.
CAREL is also involved in many other similar initiatives with Colleges and technical schools.
The CAREL Human Resources team exploits such occasions as a valuable recruitment and hiring opportunity. These initiatives allow the Group to meet young professionals who show drive and potential, while young professionals are given opportunities to learn more about the company.
